The Licensed Mental Health Practitioner/Licensed Professional Counselor provides individual and group therapeutic services in a variety of settings across the age span and works collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. The Licensed Mental Health Practitioner / Licensed Professional Counselor administers an assortment of assessment tools and develop programming as needed to assist in the treatment of a variety of behavioral disorders and disabilities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Licensed as a Mental Health Practitioner or Licensed Professional Counselor in state practicing required
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Long term assignments 6-12 months+

Work with patients with mental illness to support mental health needs. All patients are male. Around 15 a day, but can vary Full Staff with multiple providers. Must have clean background. 1 year experience.
