Cleanroom Manufacturing Machine Operator (2nd Shift)

Location: Longmont, CO

Shift: Monday-Friday , 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Pay: $22-$28/hr

• Set up, operate, and monitor automated and semi-automated production equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings
• Perform quality inspections using measuring tools and visual inspection techniques
• Adjust machines and equipment to ensure production efficiency and product quality
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment
• Assist with light electrical assembly and basic troubleshooting
• Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records
• Follow cleanroom procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing process

• Previous experience in machine operation, manufacturing, production, or assembly
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Experience using hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipment
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma or GED

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Longmont, CO.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
