Location: Longmont, CO


Pay Rate: $19-$25/hour DOE + Robust Benefits


Hours: 2nd Shift Mon - Th: 3:30 P.M. - 2:00 A.M.

How you'll spend your time as a Production Operator:


Read and follow job work instructions and quality plans.
Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
Monitor production rates and accurately record production, scrap, and quality data in JobBOSS.
Notify the Production Manager or Shift Supervisor of quality or production concerns.
Handle customer molds and company equipment with care.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Work collaboratively with your team to meet production goals.

Skills & experience we'd like you to have as a Production Operator:


Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
Basic computer skills for production reporting.
Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills.
Dependable attendance and willingness to learn.
Willingness to complete a drug and background screening.
