Location: Longmont, CO

Shifts Available

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Pay: $22-$25/hour (Based on Experience)

In this role, you'll work with advanced manufacturing equipment, produce precision components, and contribute to the production of innovative products used in cutting-edge industries.

• Set up, operate, and monitor automated and semi-automated production equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Perform quality inspections using measuring instruments and visual inspection techniques
• Adjust machine settings to maintain quality standards and optimize production efficiency
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment safely and effectively
• Assist with light electrical assembly and basic troubleshooting as needed
• Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records
• Follow cleanroom procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements

• Previous experience in machine operation, manufacturing, assembly, or production environments preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Experience using hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipment
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment
• High school diploma or GED required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Longmont, CO.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
