THE OPPORTUNITY Lakeshirts is looking for dependable, hardworking team members to join our production team in Longmont, Colorado. We currently have openings across our screenprint and embroidery departments, including machine operation, quality control, production support, and finishing roles. Whether you're operating equipment, inspecting apparel, unloading products, or helping move orders through production, you'll play an important role in creating high-quality decorated apparel for customers across the country. Experience is helpful, but we're willing to train motivated individuals who bring a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. PAY + SCHEDULE Pay Range: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Location: Longmont, CO Full-time, year-round employment with opportunities for growth and advancement. A TYPICAL DAY Depending on the role, you may: Operate screenprint, embroidery, or heat press equipment Load and unload garments during production Inspect apparel for quality, accuracy, and consistency Monitor production runs and identify issues Sort, fold, count, and prepare orders for shipment Maintain production standards and efficiency goals Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Work closely with teammates to meet daily production schedules SKILLS Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to stand for extended periods Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong teamwork and communication skills Basic problem-solving abilities Manufacturing, screenprint, embroidery, warehouse, or production experience is a plus, but not required WHY LAKESHIRTS IS THE PLACE YOU WANT TO BE OUR CULTURE is one-of-a-kind and truly sets us apart. PHYSICAL DEMANDS This position requires standing and moving throughout the shift, repetitive hand and arm movements, and occasional lifting of materials and finished goods. Team members must be able to safely perform duties that may include reaching, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and lifting throughout the workday.
