Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluation and treatment to patients in an inpatient acute rehabilitation setting
• Deliver specialized rehabilitation care for individuals recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, spinal cord injury, amputation, trauma, and orthopedic injury
• Develop and implement individualized, intensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's recovery goals
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patients throughout their continuum of care
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans in accordance with facility and accreditation standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
• Experience in an inpatient rehabilitation or acute care setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) or CARF-accredited program
• Familiarity with treatment of neurological conditions, stroke, or spinal cord injury populations
• Experience working within a CIAHQ or CARF-accredited rehabilitation environment
