Responsibilities Deliver a best‑in‑class brand experience to our guests through sharing technical product knowledge and supporting problem solving. Build a strong understanding of our products and seamlessly weave this information into guest interactions in an authentic way. Champion ARC’TERYX as a brand ambassador both in‑store and in the community. Develop your passions both in and out of the store with the support of the team. Support elevating the guest experience by working with the store leadership team on projects and brand initiatives. Provide feedback on merchandising and in‑store experience to help drive sales. Maintain an open, collaborative relationship with your team and store leadership. Support and participate in various store tasks as assigned by the leadership team. Answer store phones and respond to voicemails and store emails; on occasion, this may include responding on the Epicenter social media channels. Utilize the point‑of‑sale system to accurately and efficiently process guest transactions, including warranties, used‑gear trade‑ins, purchases, and returns. Receive and unpack inventory boxes as required (boxes can weigh 5–30 lbs). Qualifications Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Enjoy problem solving and is self‑motivated. Has a passion for delivering engaging experiences that showcase ARC’TERYX products. Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to share complex technical information clearly. Expectations All employees are expected to be available to work “Black Friday” (the day after U.S. Thanksgiving) and from the second week of December until the end of the holiday season, to be defined each year based on the time period guests are permitted to return holiday merchandise. Fully accountable for and oversee the execution of all deliverables on the Product Guide Role and Responsibilities document. Under the direction of the Store Leads, Store Manager, and Assistant Manager, perform or complete other additional projects, duties, and assignments as required and/or by request. Availability Requirements Available for a minimum of one open, one close, and one weekend shift each week. Availability must reflect the needs of the business, which may change from time to time at the discretion of the Store Manager. Full‑time: 30–40 hours per week (5 days per week). Part‑time: 10–30 hours per week (2–4 days a week). Compensation Hourly. A reasonable estimate of the pay range is USD $19.20 – $22.10. Individual pay is determined by factors such as job‑related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training. This range reflects base pay only and does not include our bonus program and other benefits.
