Title: AOS III-Staffing Coordinator State Role Title: Admin & Office Specialist III Hiring Range: Salary range is a minimum of $38,514 up to a maximum of $56,240 Pay Band: 3 Agency: Dept Behavioral Health/Develop Location: Western State Hospital Agency Website: Recruitment Type: General Public - G Job Duties Western State Hospital is actively recruiting for the Staffing Coordinator position within the nursing department. This position oversees operational and administrative support in a centralized scheduling office. The candidate will ensure adequate staffing coverage throughout the facility on a daily basis. Applicant must be able to work independently and effectively. The positions available are on 2nd shift 3:00 pm-11:00 pm, Monday - Friday. The successful applicant must work every other weekend. Holidays and overtime, as needed, will be required. The nursing department requires all employees to attend pre-service orientation for two weeks, attendance is required. Additional Considerations Experience using automated data systems is preferred. *Ability to generate reports from various software systems preferred. *Prior work experience performing administrative duties in a fast-paced, stressful environment where precision and detailed work is essential is preferred. *Experience handling confidential and sensitive information is preferred. *Bi-Lingual in Spanish is preferred.
