Pay: Salaried Grade 6 $68,860 - $77,770 / year, depending on experience and qualifications. Plus 8 % shift premium for 3rd shift. Actual salaries may vary and in some cases may be higher with extensive experience and strong performance.

Schedule: 3rd Shift (Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.) Onsite; additional days and times as needed.

Job Summary

McKee Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our Manufacturing team to provide direct supervision in the manufacturing environment, including but not limited to:

• Maintaining a safe work environment
• Maintaining product and process quality
• Maintaining food safety and sanitation
• Managing productivity

Required Qualifications

• Two-year college degree in related area of study or outstanding proven ability
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Good written, verbal and human relations skills
• Math proficiency in areas such as fractions, percentages, and basic algebra

• Good decision making and problem solving skills
• Self-confidence and perseverance

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, HR, or a related area of study
• Working knowledge of Workday, MAXIMO, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Five or more years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Lean Manufacturing experience
