Other duties include: General banquet preparation, room refreshes, and maintaining a sanitary environment. Contact with group representatives. Coordinate with banquet staff set-ups, changes, and time schedules for all functions. Operate as a banquet server when needed, setting- up, greeting and serving the guest and breaking down the function. Assist in a leadership role in alternate food & beverage outlets as needed.
