Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse (RN) , your primary responsibility is the direct care of our patients. Oversee nursing staff and nursing related duties during your shift. Work in coordination with Nursing Administration staff. Make regular nursing rounds to evaluate resident care and handle routine nursing matters. Assist in assessing the physical, mental, and psychological status of all residents. Inform the physician of any changes and secure follow-up care as necessary. Maintain and communicate current care plans for all residents. Competently perform nursing skills. Administer medication and medical treatment according to patient plan and company policy. Complete accurate charting, reporting, and progress notes. Provide exceptional patient care to the residents. Ensure accurate documentation throughout your shift. Requirements Possess an active and good-standing RN License. Some supervisory experience preferred but not required. Long term care experience preferred but not required.
