We are advancing a clinical-stage pipeline of differentiated treatments focused on chronic diseases with high unmet need, including cardiovascular, metabolic, and pulmonary conditions.Structure Therapeutics is seeking a Sr. Technical Project / Program Manager to lead a portfolio of high-impact IT initiatives spanning R&D, G&A, and AI/Infrastructure platforms. This role is critical to enabling scientific innovation and enterprise scale by delivering complex, cross-functional programs with precision, transparency, and speed. Operating at the level expected in leading biotech organizations, this individual will drive end-to-end program execution, establish strong delivery governance, and ensure alignment between scientific, corporate, and technology priorities. This role requires a balance of deep program management discipline, technical fluency, and AI-forward thinking, with a strong focus on execution excellence and executive communication.Job Responsibilities:Program & Project LeadershipLead end-to-end delivery of complex IT programs across: R&D systems (Clinical, Discovery, Preclinical), G&A systems (Finance, HR, Legal, collaboration tools), AI/ML and infrastructure platformsDrive program planning, execution, and delivery across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with clear prioritization, resource alignment, and delivery accountabilityEnsure delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectationsDelivery Methodology & Execution ExcellenceApply strong expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models, selecting the right approach based on program needsEstablish structured project plans, milestones, and dependencies across technical and business teamsProactively manage risks, issues, and interdependencies with a solutions-oriented mindsetDrive continuous improvement in delivery frameworks, tools, and operational rigorCross-Functional IT & Business PartnershipWork closely with IT functions including Security, Infrastructure, Applications, Data/AI, and Enterprise SystemsPartner with business stakeholders across R&D and G&A to define requirements, align priorities, and drive adoptionServe as the connective layer between engineering, architecture, and business teams to ensure cohesive executionCoordinate internal teams and external vendors/partnersExecutive Reporting & GovernanceOwn program governance, including steering committees, status reporting, and executive updatesDeliver clear, concise, and data-driven reporting on program health, risks, and outcomesTranslate complex technical initiatives into business-relevant insights for senior leadershipDrive decision-making through structured communication and escalation managementAI & Digital EnablementLead and support initiatives involving AI/ML platforms, data infrastructure, and automationDemonstrate AI literacy, leveraging modern AI tools to improve productivity and delivery outcomesPartner with data and engineering teams to enable scalable, production-ready AI solutionsPMO & Operational LeadershipContribute to building and scaling IT PMO capabilities, standards, and best practicesChampion consistency in project execution, documentation, and reportingMentor junior team members and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvementQualifications:Experience7+ years of experience in technical project/program management, preferably within biotech, pharma, or regulated environmentsProven success delivering complex, cross-functional IT programs supporting R&D and enterprise functionsExperience working in environments comparable to other biopharmaStrong track record of managing enterprise-scale initiatives and executive stakeholdersTechnical & Delivery ExpertiseStrong understanding of: Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models, Cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), Data platforms and AI/ML ecosystems, Enterprise applications (Finance, HR, collaboration tools)Familiarity with GxP, validation, and compliance requirements is a plus.Leadership & CommunicationExceptional skills in project management, prioritization, and execution disciplineStrong experience with executive reporting and stakeholder communicationAbility to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse teamsHigh degree of ownership, accountability, and attention to detailAI & Modern ToolingDemonstrated AI literacy, including practical use of AI tools to enhance productivity, reporting, or delivery workflowsInterest in applying emerging technologies to improve IT and business outcomesEducation & CertificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)PMP, PgMP, Scrum, or equivalent certification preferredSuccess MeasuresConsistent delivery of programs on time, within scope, and aligned to business outcomesHigh-quality executive visibility and reporting across IT initiativesStrong stakeholder satisfaction across R&D, G&A, and IT leadershipImproved delivery maturity, standardization, and PMO effectivenessSuccessful enablement and adoption of AI and digital initiativesTravel Required:Occasional travel may be required based on business needs.Structure Therapeutics Inc. is an Equal-Opportunity Employer.Structure Therapeutics is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices, and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive. For this role, the anticipated base pay range is $147,000 - $190,000. The exact base pay offered for this role will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the candidate's geography, qualifications, skills, and experience.At Structure, base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate will be eligible for an annual performance incentive bonus, new hire equity, and ongoing performance-based equity.
