Architectural Sales Representative

Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Direct message the job poster from RightPro Staffing EVP at RPS | Master Resume Writer | Interview Head Coach | Advanced People Search Expert Responsibilities: Serve as the point-of-contact for the architect's education, specification, client satisfaction and technical support needs. Responsible for architectural development, project tracking and ultimately gaining approval for our internal team of writers to prepare hardware specification documents. Promote adoption of the Openings Studio BIM tool and present project proposals for value-added professional services. Work alongside a committed team of professional consultants who are focused on providing specification support and services to many of the top architectural firms in the country. Requirements: 2+ years’ industry related experience in architectural representation, specification writing, or Design. College/University degree (preference for specialization in related curricula such as: architectural, design/engineering/drafting, construction science/management, business, or similar). OR Build construction management, project engineer, field engineer, or trade sales will be considered in lieu of degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Utilization and maintenance of CRM tools for sales and activity reporting. Working knowledge of industry-related software is a plus. Entrepreneurial spirit and are excited about selling a full range of door opening solutions. Detail-oriented, organized, and known for follow-up habits. Strong communicator, active listener, and negotiator. Work independently but believe in teamwork. Ability to read, understand specifications/facility standards, and have industry-related technical and sales aptitude. Ability to travel within an assigned territory and meet the requirements of customers. Ability to perform responsibilities both in a home office environment or while traveling.
