Overview:

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing and assembly teams in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires strong leadership, quality control experience, and the ability to rotate across multiple departments to support operational needs.

-Pay: $25/hour
-Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
-Saturdays as needed

What you'll do as: Manufacturing Supervisor

• -Supervise daily production operations and workforce
• -Lead, mentor, and coach production employees
• -Ensure quality control standards are met and maintained
• -Participate in daily production meetings and planning
• -Rotate through different departments as needed
• -Enforce safety, attendance, and company policies
• -Support continuous improvement and efficiency goals

Skills and Experience:

Preferred Candidate Has:

• -3–5 years of supervisory experience (manufacturing or assembly environment)
• -Quality Control experience required
• -Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills
• -Manufacturing or assembly background
• -Ability to work on the production floor and adapt to different departments
