Job Description

• Oversee all day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
• Serve as the primary on-site representative, maintaining strong working relationships with clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions clearly to project teams and clients
• Track project milestones, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
• Maintain accurate daily reports and jobsite documentation

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively for project assignments
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a client-focused mindset
• Solid understanding of construction means, methods, and safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
