A Day in the Life Reporting to National Retail & Education Excellence Manager, you will elevate the couture fragrance journey across ANZ top doors, splitting your time between in-store coaching, retail activations (80%) and strategic planning (20%).

• Coaching & Education: Upskill retail teams and brand ambassadors on fragrance ceremonies and Brand DNA.
• Eventing & VIP Experience: Plan and host customized in-store VIP events to cultivate client loyalty.
• Commercial Strategy: Drive fragrance sell-out, manage event budgets, and provide monthly performance reports.

We Are Looking For You are an inspiring, consumer-centric storyteller who lives and breathes fragrance trends. You possess:

• Highly skilled Fragrance Expertise & Storytelling
• Retail Excellence Retail Coaching & Upskilling
• In Class room training facilitation experience or other workshops with larger groups
• Event Planning & Execution
• Client Relationship Management (CRM)
• Commercial Drive & Analytical Skills
