Soni is partnered with a client seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns within a fast-paced, highly collaborative professional services environment.

This role will own campaign timelines, workflows, asset coordination, stakeholder communication, and launch readiness across multiple concurrent initiatives. The ideal candidate is a highly organized project manager with hands-on Workfront experience who can effectively coordinate creative, content, digital, and marketing teams from initial intake through final delivery.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Project Management: Own marketing campaigns from kickoff through launch, managing timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and competing priorities.
• Workfront Management: Serve as a power user of Workfront , maintaining project plans, workflows, assignments, timelines, approvals, and real-time visibility into project status.
• Workflow & Process Management: Build and optimize standardized workflows to ensure seamless handoffs across Marketing, Creative, Content, Digital, and other cross-functional teams.
• Creative & Asset Coordination: Manage the development and delivery of campaign assets including copy, design, video, digital, and data-driven deliverables , ensuring work is completed on time and to specification.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate multiple internal teams and stakeholders, keeping contributors aligned against the overall campaign timeline and proactively addressing dependencies.
• UAT & Launch Readiness: Manage final quality assurance and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across digital campaigns, including links, logic, asset rendering, and customer journeys prior to launch.
• Risk & Bottleneck Management: Identify timeline risks, resource constraints, and workflow bottlenecks early and drive resolution to keep priority projects moving.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear and consistent project updates, manage expectations, and maintain visibility into production capacity, priorities, and launch timelines.
• Quality Control: Ensure final campaign assets meet established brand, creative, and technical standards before deployment.
• Process Improvement: Lead post-project reviews, capture lessons learned, and continuously improve campaign workflows and project management processes.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience managing marketing, creative, digital, or integrated campaign projects from intake through launch.
• Hands-on Workfront experience required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating across Creative, Content, Marketing, Digital, and/or Production teams .
• Strong understanding of project workflows, approvals, resource dependencies, and asset production.
• Experience with UAT, QA, and digital campaign deployment processes preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable operating in a deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities and multiple concurrent projects.

Compensation: $55 - $70/ Hr DOE
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
