Business Development Representative - New Logo Sales

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving new business pipeline through proactive outbound outreach and engagement with prospective customers. This role focuses on generating meetings and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for New Logo Sales personnel by executing a high-volume, metrics-driven contact strategy.
The BDR serves as the initial point of contact for prospective clients and is accountable for identifying potential customer needs, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling meetings with the New Logo Sales team. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS- OUTBOUND PROSPECTING & PIPELINE GENERATION

- Ensure comprehensive adoption of core business systems-specifically Sales Engagement, ZoomInfo, and Orum-while harnessing integrated AI functionalities and Copilot to enhance engagement strategies
- ACTIVITY & PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
- Calls per day - Connections per day - Meetings scheduled - Meetings conducted - SQLs accepted - Opportunities approved by ORB
