Customer Tech Architect — AI-First Observability Leader (Hybrid)
LogicMonitor
LogicMonitor is seeking Customer Architects to be technical thought leaders who remove barriers and enable customers to maximize the value of the LogicMonitor platform. You will translate customer needs into actionable guidance and work across Sales, Success, and Product teams to deliver scalable solutions.
You will help design and deliver a training curriculum, empowering customers and internal teams to accelerate value delivery. International travel for onsite training is expected in this role.
