Clinical Manager – Ophthalmology Practice | Rockville, MD
\n \nA well-established group ophthalmology practice in Rockville, MD is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to join their team! In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day clinical and operational activities of your team, ensuring patients receive the highest quality of care.
\n \nWhat You'll Do
\n \n- \n
- Supervise a team of 6–8 Ophthalmic Technicians, monitoring productivity and performance \n
- Build and manage weekly staffing schedules \n
- Train, coach, and mentor clinical staff \n
- Oversee patient flow to keep the practice running smoothly \n
- Review and update clinical protocols as needed \n
- Develop staffing plans to meet practice needs \n
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new team members \n
- Set performance goals and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition \n
What We're Looking For:
\n \n- \n
- COT or COA certification with 3+ years of experience in an ophthalmology practice, clinic, or hospital setting \n
- High school diploma required \n
- Previous supervisory experience required \n
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus \n
