New Business Associate Acquisition Texas National Financial Group - Addison, TX, US The New Business Associate plays a critical role in supporting all activities related to new business processing across the agency. This position is responsible for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a high level of service throughout the lifecycle of submitted business, while also supporting training and ongoing communication with internal teams and producers. Salary is based on qualifications, experience, and demonstrated skills Responsibilities: • Managing new business processing for the home office • Reviewing and validating paperwork for completeness and accuracy • Handling contract service issues and policy changes • Ordering and tracking outstanding requirements • Managing underwriting communications • Monitoring and reporting on pending and paid business • Following up on the transfer activity • Communicating with producers regarding client service needs and case status • Lead agent onboarding and deliver training on internal platforms, new business procedures, and processing standards • Distribute and track conservation-related communications • Support additional operational and administrative initiatives as needed Qualifications: Requirements • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization and field force • High level of initiative, accountability, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook • Collaborative team player with a service-oriented mindset • Ability to successfully pass a background check
