Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service or call center experience .
- Banking, financial services, credit union, or other financial-services experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and active-listening skills.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems while communicating with customers.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications .
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive customer information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
