Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Sr. Project Manager, Enterprise Applications and Architecture in Sunrise, FL.Overview:The IT Senior Project Manager acts as a strategic partner to IT and Business leadership, translating complex business strategies into executable technology roadmaps. This role is responsible for maximizing business value by optimizing the delivery of either individual projects or project portfolios within a given tech stack, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will lead the analysis and optimization of the costs, resources, technologies and processes for all the projects within the assigned portfolio.Finance Enterprise Applications & Architecture:In this pivotal role, you will architect and drive the delivery of our enterprise-scale application landscape, serving as the strategic leader for our ERP, Corporate, and Core Business systems. You will bridge the gap between complex business processes and technical architecture, ensuring that our suite of integrated applications-from ERP and HRIS to Finance and Legal systems-are not only implemented successfully but are architected to scale, secure, and optimized for long-term business value.Responsibilities:

• Lead ERP & Core System Transformations: Direct the full lifecycle of large-scale ERP and Corporate Application implementations (e.g., HRIS, P2P, Finance), managing complex migrations, upgrades, and global rollouts; Sage and High Radius experience
• Architectural Strategy & Governance: Partner with Enterprise Architects to define and enforce solution standards, ensuring all application projects align with the broader IT roadmap, security protocols, and integration strategies

Product & Requirements Management:

• Requirements Elicitation & Analysis: Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear, actionable user stories

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or related Technical field
• PMP certification required; Additional certifications such as CSM (Certified Scrum Master), ITIL, or equivalent are strongly encouraged
• Professional Experience: Typically, 7-10+ years of IT project management experience
• Jira, Confluence and Smartsheet required.
• Application knowledge should include: Sage, HighRadius, Truecommerce, WMS, and Arkieva experience
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear business narratives for non-technical stakeholders
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, high-risk IT programs on time and within scope and budget
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, decision making, and prioritization skills
• Able to contribute to the big picture, conceptualize outcomes, and identify trends
• Leverages business and technical expertise across disciplines, demonstrating a high level of industry knowledge
• Possess high-level knowledge and proficiency in Resource Management practices and Change Management techniques

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
