Server Position at Deauville Inn

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Server to join our team for the summer season at Deauville Inn. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to our guests. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in this fast-paced environment. Your ultimate goal will be to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, leaving them with a lasting impression of our establishment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with point-of-sale systems
• Knowledge of wine and cocktail service
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Food safety certification
