Hematology Lab Supervisor — Lead, Innovate & Ensure Quality

Phoenix Children's Hospital is seeking an onsite Laboratory Manager to oversee Hematology, Coagulation, and Flow Cytometry at the Thomas Campus. You will partner with section medical directors and lab leaders to ensure staff engagement, efficient daily operations, and regulatory compliance. Required Bachelor’s in MLS, MLS/SH/ASCP certification, and 4+ years in hematology/coagulation with staff supervision.
