Offer expert business advice to clients to help them make informed decisions about their estate planning needs. Utilize financial and accounting background to provide strategic advice on tax implications and other financial aspects of estate planning. Draft, review, and revise legal documents with precision, ensuring they are legally sound and meet the client's needs and desires. Conduct thorough legal research to stay abreast of changes in estate planning laws and regulations. Communicate effectively and regularly with clients, providing updates and addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, ensuring a steady stream of client referrals. Manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring all work is completed within deadlines and to a high standard of quality. Qualifications Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, with a focus on high‑value estates. A strong financial and accounting background, with a deep understanding of the financial aspects of estate planning. Exceptional drafting skills, with a proven ability to create legally sound and client‑focused estate planning documents. Excellent legal research and writing skills. Strong client interaction skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Experience interacting with referral sources and a proven ability to generate client referrals. Deadline‑oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple cases and tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
