PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies
PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies seeks an Industrial Automation Engineer to support advanced aluminum investment casting operations in Salem, OR. In this precision manufacturing role, you will design, program, and optimize PLC-based automation, robotics, and motion control systems for furnaces, molding, machining, and material handling. You will troubleshoot equipment issues, analyze process data, and implement improvements to enhance safety, quality, and throughput. Partner with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to standardize controls, document systems, and support capital projects in a safety-focused, continuous-improvement culture.
