Registered Dietitian II — Community Health & MNT Expert
Maine Academy of Family Physicians
TrueCare in California is seeking a Registered Dietitian II to assess patient needs, develop nutrition plans, and provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) across Adults, Behavioral Health, Pediatrics and Women's Health services. You will collaborate with clinical providers to set SMART goals, document in the EHR, and educate patients with culturally sensitive care.
