Registered Dietitian - Senior Care Nutrition & Impact
Gary and Mary West PACE
Gary and Mary West PACE seeks a Registered Dietitian to deliver comprehensive nutrition services to PACE participants. You will conduct assessments, create care plans, and work with the Interdisciplinary Team to optimize nutrition and health outcomes. You will oversee dietary operations, provide counseling to participants and caregivers, and ensure CACFP compliance and regulatory standards are met.
