Maintenance Supervisor (1st Shift)

What You'll Do:

As the lead maintenance professional on first shift, you'll keep our equipment running safely and efficiently while serving as the go-to maintenance expert for the facility.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• Minimize downtime by quickly resolving equipment issues
• Coordinate and prioritize daily maintenance activities
• Support PLCs, motors, conveyors, compressors, and facility systems
• Ensure compliance with safety and Lockout/Tagout procedures
• Maintain work orders and maintenance records
• Help drive continuous improvement and equipment reliability

What We Are Looking For:

We're looking for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys solving problems and keeping operations running.

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, motors, and 480V equipment preferred
• Previous lead or supervisory experience is a plus
• Basic welding and fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Food, beverage, dairy, or manufacturing experience is a plus

Pay and Perks:

Salary starts at $100,000 and increases based on experience. This position is also eligible for a 10% annual performance bonus.

Work Schedule

Enjoy a consistent first-shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
