Occupational Therapist (OT) - Martin and St. Lucie Counties
Dedicated Home Health (formerly Preferred Home Care), a Medicare Home Health Agency, is seeking Per-Diem OTs. OTs will provide home based services and treatment.

Experience:
- Home health: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Licensed Occupational Therapy (Required)
Requirements:
- Florida State OT License
- CPR Certification
- Malpractice Insurance
- Recent Physical Exam
- 3 Years OT experience
Qualifications:
- Must be patient oriented
- Have excellent communication and written skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Work Location: Multiple locations Compensation: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour
