This person will coordinate and provide daily support the maintenance activities on site to achieve the required service level to optimize the machine availability in a 24/7 production environment. Instruct and follow up maintenance tasks to ensure all the activities are performed in a safe and efficient way according Sibelco’s policy, guidelines and values.Your Impact in This RoleAs a Maintenance Supervisor, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyor systemsEnsure maintenance work orders are accurate, prioritized, and properly closed in SAPManage the plant preventive maintenance program.Function as hands on lead mechanic to trouble shoot and repair equipment.Perform basic electrical trouble shooting skills.Train plant personnel to perform basic maintenance.Perform periodic preventive maintenance checks as required.Support continuous improvement initiatives.Lead and coordinate internal technicians and third-party contractorsPlan, schedule, and execute preventive & corrective maintenanceStep in and support critical or high-impact maintenance activitiesLead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to reduce downtime and improve efficiencyEnforce Sibelco’s safety standards and lifesaving rulesLead safe work practices including LOTO, LMRA, and SOP complianceQualifications and RequirementsTo perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following.Strong experience in industrial maintenance environmentsHands-on experience with conveyor systemsExperience using SAP for maintenance planning and work order managementWelding and fabrication experienceHigh school diploma, or equivalent, requiredTechnical degree in mechanical, electrical, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred2-5 years of maintenance experience requiredGood communications skills.Basic electrical maintenance skills required, 480vAC/3/60 a plus.Computer skills, including Excel, Word, and OutlookSelf-starter who can succeed with limited supervisionDetail oriented with proven problem solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work in a dusty environment.BenefitsMedical InsurancePrescription Drug BenefitsDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsuranceDisability InsuranceCritical Illness Insurance401(k) Retirement Savings PlanResponsibilities:MaintenanceCoordinate and supervise internal and external technicians with the maintenance activities on site.Support the planner in the preparation of the maintenance activitiesGive pro-actively support in case of difficult activities and/or problemsFollow up maintenance activities and adjust where necessaryCoordinate 3th party services according to Sibelco technical and safety standardsCreate correct maintenance work orders according to Sibelco rules and standardsFollow up and execute maintenance plan for preventive and corrective maintenance tasksPerform gatekeeping on maintenance notifications and manage them with the correct priorityReview maintenance jobs and close the work orders with correct aftercareContinuously communicate with production operators, supervisors and engineers to ensure maintenance activities are performed according to planningCoordinate and support emergency regimeOperational ExcellenceActively participate in the daily performance dialogue and problem solving events.
