Customer Quality Manager

Focusing on enhancing customer experience, the full-time salaried Customer Quality Manager will manage customer communications related to quality and food safety, streamline complaint handling procedures, and provide proactive trend assessments while working remotely. Key responsibilities Support key customer accounts from a quality assurance perspective, including commercialization processes and complaints management Monitor responses from facility QA teams, resolve urgent issues, and partner with Customer Service to improve processes and technology Engage with the commercial team and customers on quality assurance initiatives through meetings, audits, and business reviews Required qualifications B.S. in a Technical science degree (Food Science, Food Technology, Biology, etc.) or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Management within the food industry 3-5 years of supervisory and management experience Comprehensive understanding of FSMA, FDA 21 CFR, and USDA FSIS Directive policies Knowledge of HACCP, HARPC, GMP, and sanitation programs
