Customer Service Lead

The role: Customer Service Lead As a Customer Service Lead, you'll help individuals take meaningful steps forward on their personal journeys. You'll provide guidance, ensure they understand their options, and support them throughout the process. You'll also lead by example, fostering a culture of trust and exceptional service within your team. If you're ready to take your customer service leadership to a mission-driven role, this is your opportunity.
