Customer Service And Sales Representative

What You'll Do
- Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that customers can trust through phone, email, and chat
- Provide personalized support and solutions that meet each customer's unique needs
- Educate clients on products and services while identifying opportunities for upselling based on value
- Troubleshoot issues with patience, empathy, and a solutions-first mindset
- Follow up with leads and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Collaborate with team members to improve service strategies and share client insights

Requirements
