Join our team during the busy tax season in a role designed to support both our clients and Korhorn Financial Group (KFG). This seasonal position runs from January 2027 through approximately April 15, 2027, and plays an important part in delivering exceptional service during one of our busiest times of the year.

This position typically works Monday through Friday , averaging 20-25 hours per week , with regular working hours generally scheduled from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy providing outstanding client service in a fast-paced environment.

Position Mission Statement

To serve and provide support to KFG clients, guests, vendors, and team members to ensure exceptional, white-glove concierge service that exceeds expectations. 

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Open, close and maintain the office ensuring safety, security, and client white glove first impression.
• Greet clients and act as “host/hostess” to guests in the office
• Maintain lobby and public spaces of Branch, keeping them stocked and ready for clients 
• Answering and directing calls
• Assist walk ins
• Assisting with deliveries, vendors, conference room assignments, scanning of DLs
• Notifying advisors of client arrivals
• Taking credit card payments
• Cleaning/prepping Conference Rooms/Temperature Control
• Member of KFG Compassion Team 
• Scan documents as requested for advisors and clients
• Protect and secure client documents within locked storage at all times
• Collect signed “Confidential Agreement” from appropriate parties
• Assist with coordination the “snow team” for safe and clear entryways and sidewalks during winter months 
• Back up for Tax Season, scanning
• Backup for Reservation Channel monitoring
• Perform other duties as required

Required Skills and Abilities

• Ability to help clients feel welcomed, cared for, and relaxed
• All communication and correspondence are addressed and or processed in a professional, warm, and timely manner
• Exceptional communication skills including written and verbal skills appropriate to individual client situations
• Previous professional experience working in a role where client service was a focus
• Mastery of administrative procedures and systems such as word, electronic files and records, general office, and equipment functions
• Must be service oriented with a passion for exceeding client expectations
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Ability to prioritize tasks and reprioritize appropriately to meet dynamic needs
• Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization, clients, and employees
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn the organizations software tools and systems
• Strong typing skills and able to type at least 60 words per minute

Education and Experience

• Previous professional experience working in a role where client service was a focus

  Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Ability to lift 15 pounds at time, if needed
