Location: Johnston, RI Contract: 09/14/2026 03/12/2027 Contract Duration: 6 Months Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM5:00 PM | 40 hours/week

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Support Analyst to support operations with account maintenance, collections/recovery activities, customer correspondence, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, research, categorize, and distribute incoming mail and correspondence.
• Review Recovery Letters, Receipts, POA, and Authorization documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform account maintenance, tagging, and updates based on customer instructions and restrictions.
• Ensure all work is completed accurately and within SLA/turnaround requirements.
• Maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Work with Collections, Compliance, Legal, and Customer Service teams to resolve issues.
• Handle confidential customer information appropriately.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk reduction.
• Support reporting and special projects as needed.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
