Quality Inspector

Quality InspectorCoWorx Staffing Services is seeking a Quality Inspector in the Mansfield, MA area. We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to help ensure our medical device products meet the highest quality standards. In this role, you will inspect incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products using a variety of measuring and inspection equipment. You'll play a key role in maintaining compliance with company quality standards and regulatory requirements while supporting a culture of quality throughout the organization.Responsibilities:Inspect incoming materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality requirements.Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections.Use inspection tools such as calipers, digital height gauges, optical comparators, vision systems, and other measuring equipment.Follow inspection plans, work instructions, and sampling requirements.Properly identify, label, and document inspected materials.Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.Collaborate with production teams to support quality standards and resolve issues.Review reworked products to ensure they meet specifications.Work both inside and outside of cleanroom environments as required.Perform other job duties as assigned.Desired Background/Skills:Four or more years of quality inspection or quality assurance experience, preferably in the medical device industry.Experience using inspection and measurement tools.Familiarity with ISO 13485 and FDA quality regulations preferred.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Good communication and teamwork skills.Basic computer skills, including the ability to access and maintain electronic records.Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.Experience working with ERP systems.Medical device manufacturing experience.Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday.Good hand and finger dexterity for handling products and inspection tools.Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 45 pounds occasionally.Ability to perform close visual inspections and evaluate product quality.Other Information: 3 PM – 11:30 PM Monday through Friday.What we offer:Opportunity to work in a growing medical device manufacturing environment.Collaborative and quality-focused team culture.Competitive compensation.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Don't miss out on this excellent opportunity to join a hardworking, supportive team- apply with us today to get started!
