Comfort Systems PHAC is currently seeking a full-time HVAC Tech to join our professional team in St Croix Falls, WI. This position offers performance-based pay ranging from $28 to $56 per hour , plus commission, bonuses, and opportunities for overtime. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN HVAC TECH

• Valid driver's license
• AC diagnostic skills
• Gas furnace diagnostic skills

Boiler troubleshooting or any other general experience is preferred!

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR HVAC TECH

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM . On-call rotations and overtime are available. All employees report to our central location each morning before departing to their scheduled job sites and service areas.

As an HVAC Tech at Comfort Systems PHAC, you will be diagnosing HVAC equipment, performing air conditioning and gas furnace diagnostics, and troubleshooting boilers. You will conduct routine maintenance and provide reliable, professional service to each customer. Working in high-end homes, you will represent Comfort Systems PHAC with the highest level of professionalism, ensuring quality workmanship and exceptional customer care. You will also have opportunities to further develop your skills and knowledge through our mentor/apprentice program.
