Director, MP Delivery Operations

Role Description

As our Director, MP Delivery Operations, you will be accountable for delivering performance, risk mitigation, and overall Major Project outcomes aligned with business strategy. You’ll also drive delivery execution of Major Projects through Project Executives (schedule, cost, quality, safety).

• Translate strategy into actionable team goals.
• Identify and grow future leaders, especially in critical roles.
• Help teams navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Finance, Safety, etc.).
• Ensure consistent execution standards and governance.
• Escalate risks appropriately while empowering teams to solve problems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• 5+ years in leadership roles overseeing large-scale or major construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred).
