Operations Manager

NOW HIRING – OPERATIONS MANAGER
ODESSA, TEXAS
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Operations Manager to join our team! This position is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and operational activities while leading employees in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise warehouse employees
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide safety training
- Oversee receiving, storing, and shipping operations
- Maintain accurate inventory records and operational efficiency
- Resolve issues including shipping delays and urgent order requests
- Ensure fast, accurate processing of incoming and outgoing materials
Daily Activities
- Review stock level and order fulfillment reports
- Lead daily team briefings and assign responsibilities
- Discuss safety reminders and daily operational priorities
- Supervise receiving, shipment inspections, and warehouse workflow
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Forklift operation experience required
- Computer savvy (NetSuite experience preferred but not required)
- Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
