The responsibilities for this position will vary based on the needs of the specific restaurant location.Job ResponsibilitiesTeamArrive on time for your shift and adhere to clock-in/out proceduresMaintain a professional appearance by wearing a clean uniform and slip-resistant shoesPromote a positive work environment by collaborating with team members, assisting guests, and supporting leadershipMaintain a professional and enthusiastic demeanorFollow Hygiene and food safety protocols, including frequent handwashingPrioritize workplace health and safety by not reporting to work when ill and notifying management promptly if you are unable to work a scheduled shiftGuestsAssist guests at the front counter and drive-thru, taking orders accurately and efficiently while providing personalized recommendations upon requestAddress guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary to ensure satisfactionRegularly circulate throughout the restaurant and surrounding areas to enhance the guest experience and maintain cleanlinessIdentify guest needs by asking questions and providing product recommendationsOperationsFollow all food handling and safety regulations while using equipment correctly and responsibilityWear a headset to streamline communication and ensure accuracy of the orders takenPerform janitorial duties, including cleaning the kitchen, storage areas, restrooms, dining areas, drive-thru, and dumpster areaComplete all assigned duties promptly and efficiently as directed by managementProfitabilityEnsure all food orders, specialty drinks and desserts follow company recipes, brand standards, and are accurately recorded in the POS systemMaintain well-stocked workstations, ensure proper portioning, and organize deliveries using the first-in, first-out methodFollow company policies and procedures for cash handling to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance with financial guidelinesEducation and Work ExperienceNo prior experience required – many of our leadership team members started as team members, making this a great entry-level opportunityExperience handling cash or POS system is a plus, but not requiredUnderstand basic cleanliness and safety standards to support a safe and hygienic environmentQualifications and SkillsAuthorized to work in the United StatesMust be at least 16 years of ageObtain a Food Handlers permit within 2 weeks of hireEnsure compliance with all required training as mandated by local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies, to maintain operational and regulatory standardsMust comply with minor work laws and provide a completed work authorization within the first week of hire (if applicable)Able to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and managementDemonstrate the core Cultural Foundations of Energy, Engagement, Empathy, and Execution through all interactions with both internal and external stakeholdersWork Environment and Physical RequirementsThe work environment is fast-paced, high-energy, and dynamic, requiring the ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure.
