PLUMBER LICENSED MASTER SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Job Summary Licensed Master Plumber Supervisor. Responsible for overseeing maintenance, repair, replacement, operation, and renovation of plumbing systems. Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Supervises and leads a team, trains crew, reviews vendor work, and maintains documentation in CMMS. Fixed pay rate $45.00 per hour. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Oversee maintenance, repair, replacement, operation, and renovation of equipment and facilities in the plumbing trade. Make decisions on normal and complex repairs; consult with Operations Manager and upper management on major issues. Read and understand blueprints, specifications, or models; plan own work layout and perform routine computations. Review outside vendor projects and create punch lists. Analyze and correct complex building system problems alone or as part of a team. Maintain systems, equipment, and facilities in a clean, safe operating condition per local, state and federal regulations. Determine manpower, material needs, and deadlines for jobs or projects. Maintain logs, perform rounds, and make recommendations for preventive maintenance improvements. Use the site CMMS, update work statuses and document tasks completed in real time on mobile device. Report accidents and unsafe working conditions promptly to contribute to safe work environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent with at least 8 years of training and work experience, including 4 years in a DOL accredited apprentice program and 4 years as a journeyman plumber. Valid Master’s Plumbing license and proof of a valid RMP endorsement. Valid Class "C" driver’s license. Basic ability to operate hand‑operated construction equipment. Capability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds and perform strenuous labor for extended periods. Working Conditions Exposure to high heat, noise, dust, dirt, and areas requiring infection control. Must meet daily completion deadlines; work all hours including weekends and nights as required to maintain facility safety.
