As a Plumber with 1-800 Plumber +Air, you will perform residential and light commercial plumbing services, diagnose and repair plumbing issues and installations. Our plumbers are provided with stocked vans to have the tools and equipment you need for almost every job.

Our licensed plumbers perform residential and commercial service and repair work, including basic residential and commercial plumbing repairs as well as water heater replacements, repipes, drain stoppages and sewer line replacements and other plumbing services as needed. When you begin your career with 1-800 Plumber +Air, you will be given the training and support you need to grow into a potential leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing service, repair, and installation work.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Install and repair water heaters, fixtures, piping, drains, and other plumbing systems.
• Communicate professionally with customers and explain/sale recommended services.
• Mentor and support technicians.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and service records.
• Participate in on-call rotations as needed.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Plumber License required.
• Minimum 5 years of residential and/or commercial plumbing experience.
• ServiceTitan Experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record required.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle review, consistent with applicable law.

• Competitive pay: Base Pay: $25$35 per hour. Competitive compensation based on skills and experience. Base annual earnings range from approximately $52,000 to $72,800+. Additional compensation may be earned through commissions, bonuses, and incentive programs.
