Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Full-Time | Remote | $115,000–$120,000 per year + Benefits We are looking for a New Mexico-licensed LCSW to provide therapy in a fully remote setting. The position involves working with clients who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, family concerns, or major life changes. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, you will use your clinical experience to understand each case, determine what support is appropriate, and manage care from the first appointment through ongoing follow-up. What the Position Involves Meeting with clients through scheduled video appointments Completing initial clinical interviews and reviewing relevant history Identifying concerns that should be addressed during treatment Providing therapy based on the needs of each client Keeping clear notes and maintaining required records Following up on changes in symptoms or circumstances Referring clients to outside services when necessary Maintaining professional and licensing standards for practice in New Mexico Work Schedule Monday–Friday

9:00 AM–5:00 PM
