Our office is conveniently located near 16th Street and University Drive, close to the airport.This position plays a key role in supporting our sales team and coordinating custom equipment orders from entry through shipment, installation, and final billing. Our product offerings include pallet racks, shelving, dock equipment, Starrco modular in-plant offices, Modula vertical lift modules, robotics, Wire Crafters safety cages, ergonomic products, conveyors, mezzanines, and other warehouse solutions.Learn more at StorageEquipmentSystems.com.ResponsibilitiesEnter and process customer orders in QuickBooks Enterprise.Prepare and submit vendor purchase orders and coordinate timely shipments.Track orders and projects through completion, resolving issues as they arise.Communicate project and order status to the President, Accountant, sales team, and vendors.Maintain accurate customer records and project files, verifying that purchase orders and vendor invoices match.Process and track customer change orders, keeping project files current.Develop and maintain knowledge of company products and services.Submit completed job files to accounting for final customer billing.Assist the warehouse team with monthly inventory activities.QualificationsStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and Word.Understanding of basic accounting functions and accurate order processing.A positive, professional attitude and a collaborative approach.Previous sales coordination, project coordination, or material handling industry experience is a plus.QuickBooks Enterprise experience is preferred; on-the-job training will be provided for daily order entry.CompensationSalary is based on experience and qualifications and will be discussed during the interview process.Apply TodayPlease reply with your résumé and a brief introduction to be considered for an interview.
