Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Acute Care Float Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of one year preferred. License: Current state RN license in good standing. Certifications: BLS required. Must-Have: Critical care experience preferred. Description: Float positions available. Provide direct patient care for assigned patients. Provide leadership within the nursing team. Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate the plan of care for patients. Collaborate with all members of the health care team. Focus on promoting evidence-based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families. Applicants with no experience will be required to complete a residency program. Safety-sensitive position in accordance with applicable regulations. COVID-19 vaccine required; medical/religious exemptions allowed. Flu vaccine required; medical/religious exemptions allowed.
