As our Senior Manager, Retail Sales Technology & Data — Business Partner , you'll stand at the vital intersection of Mars Retail Operations, Global Snacking Digital Technologies, and Mars Global Services (MGS). In this highly strategic role, you'll serve as the primary bridge and trusted advisor between our frontline Field Sales teams and our global Data & Technology organization. You will take the pulse of our retail field sales representatives and leadership, translating their real-world needs into powerful, scalable mobile technologies, advanced analytics, and digital solutions that supercharge shelf execution and drive frontline productivity.

What are we looking for?

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field, combined with 7+ years of professional experience in CPG or retail environments.
• Domain Expertise: Strong, practical understanding of retail sales representative workflows, retail operations, field execution processes, and mobile workforce technologies.
• Product & Platform Experience: Proven track record in product development/delivery for retail applications, specifically with hands-on exposure to Salesforce-based retail execution systems and custom reporting tools.
• Transformation & Change Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading digital transformation or automation initiatives that simplify field sales processes and drive user adoption.
• Influence & Stakeholder Management: Outstanding ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority and build collaborative relationships in complex, matrixed global organizations.
• Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with leveraging data, KPIs, and reporting tools to support frontline business decisions and measure technology adoption.
• Nice-to-Have (Preferred): Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry background; knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies; and familiarity with AI-driven field sales/retail execution tools.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Business Partnership & Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary Data & Technology partner for Retail Field Sales and Retail Operations leaders, acting as the "voice of the field" within our global technology groups.
• Build deep, trusting partnerships with field leadership and sales reps to translate store-level challenges into scalable digital roadmaps.

Retail Execution Technology Leadership

• Lead the deployment, enhancements, and operational readiness of retail execution platforms and mobile applications used daily by our frontline teams.
• Drive the successful delivery of key EOY retail technology initiatives, actively collaborating on the future feature roadmap for Salesforce and custom field reporting.

Data, Analytics & Insights

• Partner with analytics teams to design and deliver actionable, timely, and accurate performance insights directly to field sales teams.
• Identify strategic opportunities to leverage data, automation, and AI to improve call planning, route optimization, compliance, and shelf execution.

Digital Transformation & Continuous Improvement

• Champion change management activities to drive enthusiastic tool adoption, simplify field processes, and reduce administrative tasks.
• Establish clear KPIs to measure technology adoption, user satisfaction, and overall business value realization from our tech investments.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Facilitate seamless alignment between field leadership, Mars Global Services (MGS), and external technology vendors.
• Provide clear, executive-ready updates on project milestones, adoption metrics, risk mitigation, and business value.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
