We are building a scalable, system-driven business focused on quality, efficiency, and customer experience from day one.We are looking for someone who doesn’t just want to run jobs—but wants to help build and grow a company.Position OverviewWe are hiring a Pressure Washing Production Manager to lead field operations while also supporting sales and revenue growth.This role is hands-on. You will operate equipment, complete jobs, manage job sites, and interact directly with customers—but also play a key role in closing work, upselling services, and driving production revenue.This is not an entry-level role. You must have real industry experience and be confident owning both job execution and customer interaction from start to finish.ResponsibilitiesProduction & OperationsOperate pressure washing truck and equipment safely and efficientlyComplete residential and commercial jobs (homes, driveways, roofs, windows, commercial properties)Mix and apply proper cleaning solutions (soft wash, chemicals, detergents)Manage job sites independently with a focus on quality and efficiencyPerform routine maintenance on equipment, pumps, hoses, and truckFollow schedules and ensure jobs are completed on timeSales & Customer ExperienceCommunicate with customers on-site in a professional, confident mannerIdentify additional service opportunities and upsell when appropriateProvide basic estimates and pricing guidance in the fieldEnsure a high-quality customer experience from arrival to final walkthroughSupport close rate improvement through strong communication and trust-buildingRequirementsMinimum 2+ years of pressure washing experience (required)Experience running a truck-mounted system independentlyStrong understanding of soft washing, chemicals, and surface-specific cleaningProven ability to communicate with customers and close additional workBasic mechanical knowledge (equipment troubleshooting and maintenance)Valid driver’s license with clean driving recordSelf-starter who can operate without constant supervisionComfortable working outdoors in varying conditionsCompensation$20-$25+/hour, based on experiencePerformance-based bonuses tied to production and salesClear path to leadership as the company growsWhy This Role MattersThis is a foundational role in a company being built for long-term scale.You will directly impact:Revenue growthCustomer experienceOperational standardsStrong performers will have a clear path into higher-level leadership as we expand.Apply If You:Know how to run jobs and manage customers without supervisionAre comfortable selling and identifying additional work on-siteWant to grow into a leadership role, not just stay a technicianTake ownership of results and care about doing things the right wayApply today and be part of building something from the ground up.
