About the Role We are looking for a hands‑on Demand Generation Manager to build and execute programs that generate qualified leads, sales opportunities, and measurable pipeline. Your primary responsibility will be simple: Turn Cloud Maven's products, expertise, customer stories, and market positioning into qualified demand and revenue opportunities. This is not a brand‑awareness‑only role. You will be accountable for understanding our target buyers, creating campaigns that reach them, converting engagement into qualified conversations, and continuously improving performance based on results. What You Will Own Demand Generation Strategy Build quarterly and annual demand‑generation plans aligned with company growth and revenue targets. Define campaigns around target industries, personas, accounts, products, and business problems. Develop go‑to‑market campaigns for Cloud Maven products, accelerators, industry solutions, partnerships, and customer success stories. Identify the right combination of inbound, outbound, partner, event, and account‑based programs. Campaign Development & Execution Plan and execute integrated campaigns across channels including: LinkedIn Email marketing and nurture campaigns Webinars and virtual events Account‑Based Marketing Partner and co‑marketing programs Industry campaigns Product campaigns Customer case studies Lead magnets and educational assets Events and post‑event follow‑up Website and landing‑page campaigns You will coordinate the message, target audience, offer, content, CTA, landing page, follow‑up strategy, and measurement for each campaign. Lead & Pipeline Generation Generate Marketing Qualified Leads and Sales Qualified Leads. Increase qualified demo and consultation requests. Develop programs that move prospects from awareness through consideration and into sales conversations. Build lead‑nurture programs for prospects who are not immediately sales‑ready. Develop campaigns targeting strategic accounts and industries. Continuously evaluate lead quality with the Sales team. Website Conversion Work with the Content & SEO Manager to convert website traffic into leads. Develop and optimize landing pages. Improve CTAs, forms, campaign messaging, and conversion paths. Conduct ongoing testing to improve visitor‑to‑lead conversion rates. Sales Alignment Work closely with Sales leadership to understand target accounts, pipeline priorities, and lead quality. Establish clear definitions for MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, and campaign attribution. Gather feedback from Sales and adjust campaigns based on the quality of opportunities generated. Help develop sales enablement materials where needed. Analytics & Optimization Marketing decisions should be driven by results. You will monitor and report on: Leads MQLs SQLs Demo requests Opportunities Campaign conversion rates Marketing‑sourced pipeline Pipeline by campaign Landing‑page conversion Lead‑to‑opportunity conversion Campaign ROI Use the data to continuously improve targeting, messaging, offers, channels, and campaigns. Key Performance Indicators Your targets will be established quarterly and aligned with company revenue and growth objectives. Primary KPIs will include: Pipeline Marketing‑sourced pipeline Number of marketing‑generated opportunities Pipeline generated from strategic campaigns and target accounts Lead Generation Qualified leads generated MQLs SQLs Demo and consultation requests Conversion Visitor‑to‑lead conversion Lead‑to‑MQL conversion MQL‑to‑SQL conversion SQL‑to‑opportunity conversion Landing‑page conversion rates Campaign Performance Campaign‑sourced opportunities Webinar and event conversions Email engagement and conversion Account engagement Campaign ROI Traffic, impressions, followers, and clicks are useful indicators, but they will not be the primary definition of success. Success in this role is ultimately measured by qualified demand and pipeline contribution. What We Are Looking For 5+ years of B2B demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, or related experience. Demonstrated experience generating qualified leads and sales pipeline. Experience building campaigns rather than simply executing individual marketing tasks. Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and sales funnels. Experience with LinkedIn, email marketing, webinars, landing pages, nurture campaigns, and campaign analytics. Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to work independently and take ownership. Comfortable working in a growing company where you will both develop strategy and execute it. Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following would be valuable: B2B SaaS Salesforce ecosystem Fintech or lending Financial services Enterprise software Workflow automation AI Account‑Based Marketing Technology consulting The Person We Want We are not looking for someone whose marketing experience is limited to increasing impressions, followers, or website traffic.
